The number one thing that makes the difference between the average individual and the successful individual is usually the things that they do subconsciously within their equal 24 hours.
The average person has made average decisions most of their life, therefore forming average habits. The successful literally just do The opposite.
Once you've done something repetitive for so long the brain will decide that this is important and needs an autopilot function. 95% of the decisions you make throughout the day are subconscious reactions to similar reoccurring situations. So essentially how you've responded to life is how you've programmed your brain to respond and where you currently are in life is the result of what those habits produced.
Ultimately, the outcome of your life is dictated by your daily habits.
The successful individual has simply paid attention to the habits of successful people and very intentionally adopted them.

The compound effect never stops. You're either compounding positive interest, or your compounding negative interest. Your life is moving upward or downward, there's never a time where it's just steady.
We coach people and provide guidance through their journeys, to becoming the version of themselves that they truly seek to become. The typical problem is that people have a hard time connecting who they are to who they want to be. They generally don’t have the skillset to build the bridge to connect the two. Our goal is to provide them with the toolbox and instructions that will help them build the bridge.
Personally, I’ve come to believe that that’s a terrible mindset, one that justifies procrastination.
